Stephanie is a seasoned Registered Dietitian with over 24 years of experience helping individuals of all ages achieve their health and performance goals. Throughout her career, she has developed a particular passion for working with athletes, as well as children, adolescents, and adults who face challenges in managing their weight and adopting balanced eating behaviors.

As a recognized industry leader, Stephanie co-developed Metabolism-Based Eating, a revolutionary approach designed to improve body composition, and actively teaches this practice to other professionals. She is a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, combining her expertise to offer cutting-edge nutrition strategies that optimize metabolism, fueling, recovery, and overall body composition.

Stephanie specializes in sports nutrition for athletes of all ages and skill levels, as well as optimizing body composition in both athletic and non-athletic populations. Her dedication to understanding the intricacies of metabolism drives her continuous quest to explore how dietary and exercise habits affect the body.

“My goal is to help you discover the eating strategies and food choices that work best for you, whether you’re aiming to optimize your performance, improve energy levels, or enhance body composition,” Stephanie says. She is committed to leading by example and empowering her clients with the knowledge to adopt sustainable, healthy habits.

In addition to working with clients, Stephanie is an adjunct faculty member at American University, where she teaches courses on sports nutrition and weight management. She has presented at numerous conferences and events, educating athletes, schools, and dietetic professionals on the importance of nutrition for sports performance and weight management.
