INITIAL NUTRITION ASSESSMENT: 60 MINUTES

The 1-hour nutrition assessment is designed to provide a comprehensive discussion about your health, body composition, and fitness goals. During our session, we will review your medical and weight history, current eating habits, food preferences, and exercise routine. Additionally, we will analyze your DXA and RMR test results to help establish realistic, personalized goals.

Following our meeting, you’ll receive a customized nutrition plan that includes calorie and macronutrient targets, meal and snack suggestions, supplement recommendations, and additional resources. Instead of providing rigid menus, our focus is to teach you how to make

informed food choices that align with your goals and daily nutrition targets, offering flexibility while keeping you on track with your health journey.

INITIAL NUTRITION ASSESSMENT + EXERCISE PLANNING: 60 MINUTES

This option includes everything from the initial nutrition assessment, with the added benefit of a fully customized exercise plan. We will collaborate to design the optimal training regimen tailored to your goals, fitness level, and available equipment. In addition to your personalized nutrition plan and supporting resources, you will receive a comprehensive exercise plan that complements your nutrition strategy, helping you achieve your fitness and health goals more effectively.

FOLLOW UP NUTRITION OR EXERCISE ASSESSMENT: 30 MINUTES

During the follow-up appointment, we will review any updated DXA and RMR test results, if available, to assess your progress. Additionally, we will discuss your food and exercise logs, highlighting successes and addressing any challenges with adherence. Based on this review, we will make any necessary adjustments to your nutrition and/or exercise plans to ensure continued progress toward your goals.

Initial appointments: select “new client”, then “nutrition assessment: initial & intervention”. Then you can pick a day and time that works for you.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive two emails: 1) an appointment confirmation with video link, and 2) a login link to set up your client portal by completing a few forms

Follow up appointments: at the top, select “Existing client? Sign in”. Enter the email associated with your account. The system will send you a magic link to your email that will sign you into your client portal. From there, you can schedule an appointment for “Reassessment & intervention”.

Within your client portal, you have access to a Files section. Please upload your DXA, RMR and any pertinent lab work you would like me to review prior to our scheduled meeting.

All meetings take place over secure telehealth video. You will receive an appointment confirmation 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you may do so through the client portal with 24 hours advanced notice. No-show appointments are not refundable.
